The Role: General Laborer

As a General Laborer, you’ll play an essential role on our field team, supporting a wide variety of projects ranging from routine lawn care to hardscape installations and seasonal cleanups. Whether you’re edging a flower bed or helping with drainage grading, your efforts help us exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do

Assist with lawn maintenance, landscaping, and seasonal cleanup tasks

Support hardscaping, grading, and drainage installations

Help with snow removal during winter months

Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized

Represent the company with a professional appearance and positive attitude

Communicate effectively with teammates and occasionally with clients

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is a plus (but not required)

Dependable transportation to our shop in DeWitt, MI
