Role Description

We are currently hiring a Landscape Crew Member to assist with a variety of residential and commercial landscaping tasks. This includes mulching, planting, edging, seasonal cleanups, and hauling equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a company that values teamwork and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general landscaping duties: mulching, planting, trimming, edging, and cleanup

Safely transport equipment and trailers to and from job sites

Execute landscape maintenance and installations with care and attention to detail

Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, timely project completion

Maintain and clean tools, vehicles, and job site areas as needed

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

Landscaping experience preferred but not required—willingness to learn is key

Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Employment Type: 1099 contractor

Bonuses & Paid Time Off: Available based on tenure and performance

Hours: Typically 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; subject to seasonal fluctuations

Winter Work: Opportunities for snow removal during off-season
