ABOUT THE JOB: Breiwick Companies, Lawn Care Division, focuses on commercial and townhome associations. The foreman/crew lead will be responsible for driving the crew truck and trailer, directing the crew members to complete the sites in a high quality manor, responsible for making sure the equipment is fueled and maintained.

We work with the industries newest and best equipment!

Lawn Care Foreman/Crew Lead Requirements:

• No major driving tickets/clean driving record.


• Familiar with pulling a trailer


• Natural ability to lead, motivate and teach others to work in compliance with company standards and policies.


• Have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule.


• Have flexibility to unexpected changes.


• Ability to work efficiently, with high quality standards.


• Knowledge of ALL lawn care equipment


• Industry education, industry licenses, and certificates paid for by Breiwick


• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading others.
