At Smith Lawnscapes, we care about our local community. We proudly offer our services to Dewitt, East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Grand Ledge and the Greater Lansing Area. 

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Foreman to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of! Our Lawn Care Crew not only mows lawns but, perfects the art of lawn design, preforms edging, thatchings, clean ups, and other lawn and landscape care necessities.

We will provide:

· $17.00 - $22.00 / hr depending on qualifications

· Hero of the week – you can earn an extra $1 per hour when you meet basic requirements

· Work Boot incentive – after 30 days we will provide you with $100 towards new boots. After a year we will give you $250 for new boots yearly!

You will provide:

· Previous or similar work experience of 2 or more years (preferred but not required)

· Effective communication skills (verbally and written)

· Time management skills

· Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and as part of a team

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

· Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a day

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to load/unload trucks, trailers, equipment and materials

· Ability to work in all weather conditions
