Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Lawn Care Team Leader to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, etc.
We are looking for someone that enjoys this type of work (being outside, making customer yard beautifuls, has a customer center mindset). Candidadtes that will do great at this job are hard-working, have a fast pace, are team players, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do, as well loving what they do and enjoys a great team environment.
We are a Premium brand, so it is very important that the candidate is personable and can interact with customers.
Irrigation/Sprinklers experience is a plus not required.
Candidate must have a valid driver license and be insurable.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools, mowers, trimmer, blower, shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes, etc.
- Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
- In occations, water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
- Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
- Gather and remove litter and debris
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate and Maintain Electrical Landscape equipment
- Drive and operate a company vehicle in a professional and clean manner
- May train helpers or new comers.
- Ability to lead
- Full Time needed
- Reliable (on time)
- Fast pace but also high quality work
Qualifications:
- Past experience as a lawn care/landscaper/groundskeeper leader preferred
- Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
- Willing to work in all weather elements
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Good driving record
- Must be in Portland, Beaverton (Hillsboro will be considered)
- Must have reliable transportation
