Lawn Care Specialist

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you’ll be part of a high-performing crew that keeps properties pristine, polished, and picture-perfect. From running equipment to delivering top-notch service, you’ll have a direct hand in the customer experience and the reputation we’ve built as a leader in landscaping.

What Success Looks Like

• Own the Turf: Mow, cut, trim, and edge grass/turf with precision and consistency across all assigned properties.
• Leave it Better: Use blowers and other equipment to clear debris, leaving the property spotless and client-ready.
• Shape the Landscape: Prune shrubs, shape low trees, and remove damaged or dead branches to promote healthy, beautiful growth.
• Tackle Weeds: Perform weeding by hand or small tools, making sure beds and green spaces stay clean and vibrant.
• Deliver the WOW: Go beyond the task list—ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, respect, and our promise to leave each property better than we found it.
• Stay Safe, Always: Follow safety protocols and regulations, keeping yourself, your crew, and our clients safe at all times.
• Support the Team: Work closely with fellow crew members and leadership to ensure daily goals are met on time and with quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with The Loving Company’s core values: honesty, teamwork, intensity, compassion, and excellence.

What Sets You Apart

• Must possess basic technical skills to complete online training modules, digital onboarding paperwork, and electronic timekeeping accurately and independently
• At least 2 years of hands-on landscaping or lawn maintenance experience
• Comfort and experience driving a company truck with a trailer
• A clean driving record and professional approach to handling equipment and vehicles
• The ability to handle physical, outdoor work in the outdoor weather
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work well as part of a crew
• To be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• To successfully pass a background check
• Spanish language skills are a plus and support communication within our diverse teams
