We partner with various communities and properties as a premier landscape management company. We're seeking a skilled and motivated candidate focused on safety and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include efficient completion of lawn maintenance assignments. We're hiring a Maintenance Tech | Crew Member from our Mableton, GA – South Branch to work in the Metro Atlanta area. Join our team, which is committed to providing top-notch outdoor services. Responsibilities include efficient completion of lawn maintenance assignments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fertilization: Based on soil tests and lawn conditions, apply appropriate fertilizers and soil amendments to promote healthy grass growth.
• Weed Management: Identify and treat various types of weeds through manual removal or the application of herbicides.
• Pest Control: Monitor lawns for signs of pests and diseases; apply pesticides and treatments when necessary, following safety protocols.
• Aeration and Seeding: Perform aeration to improve soil compaction and overseeding to enhance lawn density and patch bare spots.
• Irrigation Setup and Maintenance: Help install and maintain irrigation systems to provide adequate water coverage for lawns.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, assess their lawn care needs, and recommend lawn maintenance and improvements.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and service lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license required.
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of turf management, plant health, and pest control practices.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Work Conditions / Essential Functions:

• Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that may also include dust and high-volume noise.
• Ability to walk and/or stand at customer sites/landscapes.
• Ability to lift to (50) fifty lbs.
• Fast-Paced Work Environment
• Travel to and work at various locations including both residential and commercial sites.
• Flexible working hours, including overtime and occasional weekend work (only in extreme circumstances)
• Required to work around heavy equipment and other vehicles regularly
