Job Description - Lawn Care Technician


Flatrock is looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team! This is a full-time position and will service our 40 homes in Genesee County. This position is NOT SEASONAL. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to operate equipment such as commercial mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws
  • Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
  • Assist Maintenance team
  • Clean sites, clean gutters, trim trees, power wash surfaces

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • 1-3 years' experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, groundskeeping and snow removal required
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to lift and carry 50 lbs., and walk/stand/bend for periods of time
  • A background check is required for all employees
