Lawn Care Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our landscape services team in Walpole, MA. This hands-on role focuses on applying fertilizers, turf treatments, and soil enhancements to maintain healthy residential lawns and garden spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and soil amendments according to established treatment schedules
• Evaluate turf conditions and identify potential issues such as pests, nutrient deficiencies, or disease
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and service vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and complete documentation for each property
• Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company quality standards
• Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and consistent service delivery

• Prior experience in lawn care, fertilization, turf management, or landscaping preferred
• Basic knowledge of fertilizer application techniques and plant health principles
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
