Lawn Care Technician

Arborist Enterprises is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This is hands-on outdoor work focused on helping homeowners maintain healthy, green lawns. Through our application you will  help provide great service to our customers.

If you enjoy working outside, like staying active, and take pride in doing quality work, this could be a great fit. Lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

This is a full time seasonal position.

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn care products


• Help maintain healthy, green lawns throughout the season


• Identify common lawn weeds, pests, and turf issues


• Operate lawn care equipment and application equipment


• Follow product labels and safety procedures when applying lawn care products


• Communicate with customers and provide great customer service


• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition


• Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily routes

What We’re Looking For

• Lawn care experience is a plus


• A Pennsylvania Category 07 Pesticide Applicator License is a plus, but not required


• Willingness to learn about lawn care products, applications, and turf health


• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions


• Able to lift about 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day


• Valid driver's license is required


• Good attitude and someone who works well independently


• Someone who is dependable, shows up on time, and takes pride in their work


• Good communication and customer service skills
