Job Summary:

Lawn Care Specialists are responsible for driving a company vehicle and completing lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest control services to residential properties and providing the Unmatched Customer Experience to all.  

Responsibilities

• Start time 6:45am, end time between 3pm-5pm
• Apply lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest control products to 15-25 residential properties per day
• Safely operate a company vehicle and equipment
• Communicate with customers and provide a great experience
• Complete paperwork, detailed notes and invoices
• Use company software and mobile tablets to complete in field work
• Perform property evaluations and recommendations based off diagnosis
• Opportunity for in field sales (10% commission on produced services) and bonuses

Requirements

Requirements of a Lawn Care Technician

• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk on an average of 8-10 miles on a consistent basis
• Ability  to work in all-weather types, including heat, cold, and some rain
• Saturday availability may be required due to weather
