We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Fertilizer Technician to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of!

We will provide:

· $18.00 - $25.00 / hr depending on qualifications

· Work Boot incentive – after 30 days we will provide you with $100 towards new boots. After a year we will give you $250 for new boots yearly!

Requirements

You will provide the following:

· Capable of learning how to operate the required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner

· Effective communication skills (verbally and written)

· Time management skills

· Have a current Lawn Applicator’s License or the ability to pass a Pesticide Exam (C, 3A, 3B, 6) Company paid!!

· Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and as part of a team

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

· Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a day

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to load/unload trucks, trailers, equipment and materials

· Apply Fertilizer, Weed Control and Insect Control

· Operate power equipment including lawn application machines and blowers

· Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubrications and cleaning daily

· Ensure proper safety and proper application techniques

· Ability to work in all weather conditions
