POSITION: Lawn/ Landscape Maintenance Laborer

REPORTS TO: Community Grounds Manager  

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn/Landscaping Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance services to both residential and our community properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a strong commitment to professionalism.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mowing, weed eating, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance
• Pruning and trimming shrubs, trees, and hedges
• Maintaining clean and safe workspaces while on the job site
• Performing routine equipment checks and ensuring tools are in good working order
• Working efficiently while providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong communication and professional attitude
• Must pass drug screenings and background checks

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 75 lbs.)
• Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and other physical activities are associated with lawn care and landscaping.
