Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire that is actively seeking Lawn Maintenance Foreman. 

The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for: 

• Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties 

• Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment 




• Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment  

• Ability to lead crew of 3-4 




• Ability to drive 1-ton truck & trailer 




• Understands all aspects of landscape maintenance 




• Able to effectively communicate with crew members and Manager 




• Maintain a safe work environment 




• Takes pride in work 




• Ability to operate skid steer preferred but not required 

Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman 

• 2-3 years of previous experience required 




• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs 

• Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH 

This position requires the completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of a job offer. 

Pay Range $23.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE
