About This Role: 

As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader, you serve as both a skilled professional and a customer-focused representative of our team, providing our clients with exceptional service, a positive experience, and reliable landscape maintenance solutions. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams, balancing exceptional work and building long-term relationships no matter the weather. Your day-to-day work may bring minimal supervision, but we still expect safety guidelines to be followed & enforced throughout your crew.   • Clean-ups
  
  
  • Mowing
  
  
  • Mulching 
  
  
  • Pruning/trimming/edging
  
  
  • Weed whacking
  
  
  • Bed maintenance
  
  
  
  


• General maintenance on equipment


• Coordinate/process paperwork in relation to the job at hand


• Oversee the work of at least one crew member


• Snow removal in winter

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in a related field (preferred)
  


• Valid chauffeur license (Class A CDL preferred)
  


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Possess leadership skills


• Strong work ethic


• Excellent customer service


• Maintain a high level of productivity by prioritizing & delegating tasks


• Proactive compliance to safety regulations


• Demonstrates integrity and accountability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Initiative to perform other job duties as assigned
