• Interest or experience in lawn care, landscaping or agriculture
  
• Willingness to learn and apply lawn treatment techniques safely and effectively
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record required for last 5 years
  
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
  

• Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides safely and accurately 
  
• Follow all safety protocols and label instructions
  
• Educate customers on lawn care, watering practices and service options
  
• Perform core aeration on lawns
  
• Safely operate a company truck and trailer while completing daily routes
  

Requirements

To meet company, insurance, and regulatory standards, successful applicants must:

• Meet all federal requirements for permanent employment in the U.S.
  
• Valid, TX drivers license with no moving violations or accidents within the past five years
  
• Be at least 24 years of age (per commercial insurance requirements)
  
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions
  
• Pass a drug screening
  
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
  
• Withstand prolonged physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  
• Safely operate a truck and trailer
  
• Work outdoors in all weather
  
• Reside within a 30 -minute drive of our warehouse location in Conroe, TX.
  
• Be available to work some Saturdays as needed
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Professional demeanor and self -motivated attitude
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Mechanically inclined (basic understanding of equipment/vehicle maintenance is a plus)
  
• Detail -oriented and able to follow safety and procedural guidelines
