Description

Expert Irrigation is seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Sprinkler System Service Technician to join our growing team in Hebron, KY. In this role, you will provide service and maintenance for lawn sprinkler and outdoor lighting systems while delivering excellent customer experiences each day.

Overview

As an Irrigation Service Technician, you will:

• Service and maintain lawn sprinkler and outdoor lighting systems
• Complete spring, summer, and fall system maintenance
• Visit customer homes and businesses daily (typically 8–10 work orders per day)
• Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service
• Use Green Industry Software to plan and accurately document service appointments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Be responsible for company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues
• Perform routine seasonal maintenance and system adjustments
• Communicate clearly with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Manage daily service schedules and job documentation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in excellent condition
• Uphold safety standards at every job site

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience in construction, trades, irrigation, or landscaping (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Working knowledge of basic landscaping and/or construction practices
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude

• Above industry average hourly wage (DOE)
• Incentivized bonus + commission paid monthly
