Who you are

• Great Attitude and willingness to learn

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

• Ability to pass Michigan Department of Agriculture testing (training material and cost of testing provided)

• Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50lbs., walk, stand, and bend for moderate periods of time

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a route that consists of 500 – 600 customers

• Service and evaluate your customer’s lawn or landscapes every 4-6 weeks

• Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems

• Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle

• Safely operate and maintain stand-on machine and other assigned equipment
