got Lawn? Tree and Turf Care is seeking an experienced Lawn Spray Service Manager to lead our skilled team and ensure our clients' lawns remain healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained. 

In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, support and mentor technicians, and help ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Your leadership will be key in maintaining excellence and fostering a strong team culture.

As Lawn Spray Service Manager, you will oversee a team of technicians delivering services including fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub care, aeration, and fungicide applications.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and train lawn specialists to ensure safe and accurate treatment applications
   
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
   
• Conduct interviews, hire team members, and maintain a positive work environment
   
• Uphold standards for safety, efficiency, and service delivery
   
• Manage the use, maintenance, and repair of treatment equipment

• High School Diploma
   
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in lawn care services/treatments (e.g., fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control, fungicide treatments)
   
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in lawn care treatments
   
• Required certifications, licenses, and registrations per state and federal regulations
   
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current liability auto insurance
   
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card; must be 21 years of age or older
   
• Experience with equipment and vehicle maintenance
   
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar software
   
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
