Prominent litigation firm in Agoura is seeking a General Liability Attorney with experience in:

· Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury.

Requirements:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

Adeptness in insurance defense

Civil litigation experience

Defense litigation experience required

Proficiency in defense litigation

Insurance Coverage experience

Experience with Insurance Defense Litigation

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Excellent legal writing skills for discovery motions, motions for summary judgment and all trial motions

Able to take and defend all levels of depositions from witnesses, parties and experts

Strong attention to detail

First-rate academic credentials and references

Licensed attorney and in good standing with the State of California

5+ years of experience drafting law and motion, discovery, and preparing for trial.

Good demeanor and personality are a must

Working knowledge of Abacus a must

Spanish Speaking a Plus

Compensation commensurate on experience
