Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role that combines your passion for design with cutting-edge technology? As a Layout Designer with us, you'll play a crucial role in our engineering team, utilizing your expertise in computer-aided drafting to bring innovative ideas to life. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Collaborating with engineers to create intricate layouts using advanced computer-aided drafting software.
- Developing new and modified components and Bill of Materials (BOM) in adherence to our high-quality standards.
- Revising current drawings based on engineering directions and updating CAD drawings to ensure they meet our current format.
- Creating detailed 3D and 2D layouts under the guidance of our talented design team members.
- Conducting self-checks to maintain accuracy and organization, ensuring compliance with CAD specifications and standards.
- Utilizing ERP systems to generate part numbers in accordance with our naming process and data entry requirements.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- An Associate degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent* coupled with at least two (2) years of drafting/design experience.
- Proficiency in standard Windows Office tools, including SharePoint, email, and CAD software.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings effectively.
- A knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges with ease.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in every project.
