Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a community mental health setting
• Complete behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case coordination
• Collaborate with physicians, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans
• Practice with clinical autonomy while supported by experienced behavioral health professionals and administrative staff

COMPENSATION
• $73,900-$111,600 Annual Salary (DOE)
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles)

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

• Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in Social Work REQUIRED
• Experience Providing Individual and Group Therapy Preferred
• Experience Working with Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families Preferred
• Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, Crisis Intervention, and Documentation Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Healthcare Teams
