What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning.
  


• Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches to help clients meet their goals.
  


• Maintain timely documentation (we keep notes stress-free with a 48-hour goal!).
  


• Participate in team meetings and consultations.
  


• Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism — in person and online.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Social Work
  


• Current LCSWA license in North Carolina
  


• At least one year of postgraduate experience


• A growth mindset and genuine commitment to collaboration and client care
