Position Requirements:
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday and occasionally be on-call (calls paid at Double Time and minimum 2 hours pay).
- Install and anchor new equipment for security purposes. Security, camera, fire alarm and access control installation, integration, networking, programming, service, and inspections principally in the field
- Operate a variety of equipment, tools, and machines
- Technicians are responsible for day-to-day operations on the job site and include staging and performing daily work and communicating project status to Field Supervisors.
- Operate a company vehicle to obtain parts and drive to various locations to perform work.
- Perform related duties as assigned. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- On-call service rotation as needed
- Provide guidance and field training to apprentice technicians.
- Ability to lead crews of other installers
Initial Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High School or equivalent certification from a college or technical school or completion of a trade school apprenticeship program
- Active Oregon Limited Energy Class B license AND Washington 06 Journeyman card
- NICET preferred
- Minimum three (3) years' experience
- Valid Oregon or Washington state Driver’s License and proven good driving record
- Reliable transportation is required; vehicle will be provided

- Methods, materials, tools, and equipment for electrical systems
- Applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations
- Follow Appropriate safety precautions and procedures
- Record-keeping techniques
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean working condition.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
- Observe legal and defensive driving practices with a valid driver license
- Team player and dependable
