Lead Analyst, GFSS

Job Description:

Responsible for Change Management and Control reporting to the Senior Manager of Controllership Transformation PMO. Daily management of change control process, its compliance, governance and approval for changes to GFSS applications and boundary systems that impact setups and configurations, FRICEW (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows) custom objects, standard global processes and localizations, such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and the integration of new sites and services, including primary financial applications in Oracle and SAP, as well as boundary systems such as Concur, Markview, FS2/PTS, Get Paid, etc. globally. Manage significant global transformational projects, as well as support of technology and communications platforms within the Controllership and Global Financial Services & Systems function. Execute strategic projects and the modernization of internal controls framework projects. Assist in the development of global finance transformational initiatives and programs. Develop transformation playbooks, processes, methodologies, training material and process workflows to be rolled out to all of company’s global regions, institutionalizing the process and project management knowledge in Eaton. Responsible for production of billing reporting using different time tracking tools and conversion of timesheet hours into billable dollars. Distribution and communications of the billing reports every month with all projects for necessary accruals, follow-up and problem resolution.  Responsible for necessary True Ups every month for any corrections and reclasses. Generate month on month billing variance as well as its analysis and conduct RCAs. Position is fixed location based in Cleveland, OH office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, or Business role or similar occupation. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
•    Project Management
•    Waterfall and Agile methodologies 

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
•    Project management tools PowerBI and Microsoft Projects
•    JIRA
•    ServiceNow

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm. Salary: $118, 373 - $130,210
