The Lead Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Vendor Credentialing services for the field sales organization and other departments as required. This includes initiating, developing, analyzing and enforcing policies and procedures that will lead to an efficient and effective credentialing process. In addition to performing analytics, this role is responsible for ensuring credentialing requirements are researched, understood and met based on industry standards for all Medical Devices business units. Collaboration and communication skills are needed to partner and influence internal and external business partners. Strong interpersonal skills required to form and maintain working relationships with executive level external credentialing industry contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrator for all aspects of Health Care Industry Representative (HCIR) credentialing. This includes supporting the overall planning, communication, revisions, and execution of policies and procedures for HCIR credentialing.
  • Provide credentialing expertise across J&J.
  • Understand new internal and external requirements to determine if applicable to the field sales organization.
  • Collaborate with medical facilities where appropriate to mutually agree on credentialing requirements.
  • Partner with internal business partners to ensure protection of associate information.
  • Negotiate and complete agreements with external business partners.
  • Manage and provide day-to-day support for credentialing requests to fields sales associates, other departments as required, and external business partners.
  • Initiate, develop and communicate credentialing policies and procedures to the field sales organization in accordance with industry standard requirements.
  • Develop materials and educate new hires on the vendor credentialing process.
  • Initiate, develop and analyze data/reports to provide insights into decision making and management updates.
  • Manage vendor credentialing onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Participate as an active member in industry standard vendor credentialing forums. Attend professional conventions/ meetings to benchmark industry leading methodologies where appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvements in current processes and create new capabilities to meet future needs.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor s degree and four (4) years of professional experience OR an Associate’s degree and six (6) years of professional experience is required
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or the equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Vendor Credentialing experience supporting a field sales organization is
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred
  • Business Analytics and Administration experience is preferred
  • Commercial Operations experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills are
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros) are
  • Strong organizational skills are
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are
  • Personal computer skills including project planning and presentation software are
  • Ability to function independently as well as part of a team is required
  • Detail oriented, strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to complete multiple deliverables and priorities at one time are required
  • Excellent ability to develop and present information is
  • Weekend and off-hours work may be
  • This position requires up to 10% of domestic travel
  • This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Enablement

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
