Requirements

You would demonstrate these skills:

• You not only come up with ideas to solve problems but come up with the solutions too.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset to observe and identify opportunities and follow up on those opportunities.
• Your written and verbal communication is clear and understandable. Your listening skills are able to discern what a client is really asking.
• You participate in team meetings and are willing to assist a team member that is behind in their work.
• You are willing to do what it takes to make yourself and the firm successful.

Required Qualifications / Experience

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, a license to practice architecture in the State of Iowa, or the ability to earn one with in the first year of employment and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

We will give preference to those who have AutoCAD and Revit experience.
