• Assists Restaurant Manager in ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/purees/etc. 
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar.
• Ensures that food and beverages being served are of high quality and properly presented
• Assists in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems.
• Assists the Food and Beverage Supervisors in training new staff.
• Understands and enforces Utah and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales.

Requirements

• Relevant bartending training and leadership experience required. 
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Applicable state licenses and/or certificates. 
• Ability to resolve disagreements and is respectful of peers and co-workers.

Physical Requirements:

· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.

· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward  reaching, manual dexterity.

· Hearing, writing, typing.

· Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.

· Other duties may be assigned
