We are expanding our outpost at City Island Pizza Company this summer to City Island Yacht Club and seeking individuals to join our passionate team.

THE JOB
Bama is seeking a Lead Bartender/Supervisor to oversee two restauarant and a large catering operation.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, trustworthy, pashionate, detail-oriented and creative.

Your responsibilities as Lead Bartender would include the following:

• Maintaining updating cocktail and liquor menus in conjunction with Management.
• Maintains inventory control, price setting, and receiving of all liquor and related supplies in conjunction with Management.
• Assure that opening/closing checklist is completed and that the restaurant is prepared for opening/closing.
• Organize staff training sessions with vendors in conjunction withManager.
• Maintaining the bar equipment par.
• Seeking out latest trends and products in industry and sharing with Management.
• Cocktail development for seasonal and trend changes.
• Monitors the provision of positive customer service by assigned staff
• Share all positive advances with the community and industry in order to inform them of The Galley bar & restaurant.
• Assists in supervising assigned staff
• Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
