Lead Bath Installer

Job Summary:

A One Day Bath Lead Installer is responsible for every aspect of an acrylic one day bath remodel, including proper install and testing of all plumbing, install of appropriate pack out and wall repair materials, proper install of shower pans, tubs, and walk-in tubs, proper template, cut and install of acrylic wall materials, proper cleaning, prepping and caulking of acrylic materials. The Lead Installer must maintain a clean appearance, courteous disposition and a willingness to serve beyond the standard expectations. The Lead is the face of PJ Bath and our continued success is built on him.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Completing all job-related paperwork, including Pre/Post inspection form and financing paperwork.
2. Collecting final payment. If final payment cannot be collected a call must be made to an appropriate manager before you leave the house.
3. Reporting job activity. Including the daily texts and emails as laid out in the daily reporting sheet.
4. Directly supervise the apprentice and is responsible for overseeing his/her growth as an installer and daily activities. You will be asked to give reports on the training process.
5. Maintaining the supply truck. You must direct the apprentice on daily stock needs.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 75 lbs., sitting, standing, walking, forward bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, balancing, cervical spine motion, driving, simple grasp, firm grasp, and fine manipulation.
