Lead Behavioral Health Tech (mental health/substance abuse) PHP/IOP facility

HealingUS Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Behavioral Health Tech to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our behavioral health team while providing direct support to clients navigating mental health and substance abuse challenges.

PHP/IOP SETTING

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and mentoring clients ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Monitoring client progress and behaviors, documenting observations, and reporting any concerns to the clinical team.
• Fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Providing direct care and support to clients, functioning as a role model and guide during their recovery journey.

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or a similar environment, with some leadership experience preferred.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
