Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are an experienced therapist who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Assist in performing intakes and assessments

Assist in creating individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, applied behavior analyst or similar field preferred

Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
