THE ROLE
As the Lead Bioinformatics Scientist, your responsibilities will include:
Expanding current Python code base for this company’s assay design pipeline
Analyzing PCR-focused datasets for product-development efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally on assay design projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
The successful Lead Bioinformatics Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, etc.
Expertise in computational work around assay design
Extensive Python and SQL experience
Past work with digital assays highly desirable
Design control process experience highly desirable
