Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Lead, Brand Messaging & Governance
This roleis responsible forshaping and safeguarding Genpacts brand identity through strategic messaging and governance. The AVP willleadthe development of brand narratives and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Governance & Standards:
- Shape and contribute to the evolution of the companys brandgovernanceframework including brand guidelines voice and tone standards visualidentity rules and usage policies.
- Translate brand strategy into clear practical guidance thatteams can easily apply across channels and formats.
- Ensure alignment with business priorities andaudience.
- Establish and overseeapprovalworkflows and decision rights for brand and marketing materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand governance processes including brand guidelines naming conventions Tone of voice alignment to Genpact messaging and visual identity standards.
- Brand Initiatives:
- Serve as custodian of Genpact Intelligence(A curated collection of insights inspired by our work with advanced technologies and enterprises around the world) Creating and executing the strategy for curating the most impactful thought leadership and thought leaders across the company to help shift perception of the Genpact brand as leader in AI and advanced technologies.
- Oversight of the brand awards:Qualification and promotion of the brand levelawardsfor Genpact
- Cross Functional Enablement:
- Partnerwith communications GTM and campaign strategyteams to embed brand standardsand messaging into campaigns internalcommunicationsand employee engagement.
- Act as trusted advisor to teams creating content campaigns productexperiencesand partnerships.
- Balance consistency with flexibility especially infast-iterating AI Agenticand product environments.
- Quality Control & Risk Management:
- Own key brand assets such asbrand/company pages on.com corporate deck.
- Review and approve brand assets to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure brand compliance across global and regional markets
- Partner with legal privacy and compliance teams to mitigate brand risk
- Develop and deliver brand training and onboarding materials to ensure consistent understanding and application of brand principles.
- Brand Health Monitoringand Continuous Improvement:
- Support measurement of brand consistency andperceptionacross channels.
- Define metrics to assess brand consistency qualityand adoption
- Gather feedbackfrominternal teams to refine governance models.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

80,500 to 100,000 USD

“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. New York area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
