About the team

As Nu continues its global expansion and continues innovating, the risk landscape becomes increasingly complex. 2. Regulatory Compliance: The BCO will act as the first line's primary contact for regulatory inquiries, reviewing information before it's shared with Compliance. The BCO will identify gaps in new regulations and implement action plans.

  3. Issue & Remediation Management: The BCO will proactively identify and map issues, ensuring they are tracked and remediated in a timely manner. The BCO will perform root cause reviews to address systemic issues, not just individual incidents.
