Job Description - Lead Business Execution Consultant - Digital Assets Product & Strategy

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Digital Assets Product and Strategy team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of digital assets and tokenization programs, driving execution across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives within CIB Operations

  • Apply knowledge of digital assets, crypto market structure, and tokenization, including industry developments and market infrastructure (e.g., DTCC), to inform program direction and implementation

  • Translate blockchain and distributed ledger concepts (permissioned vs. permissionless networks, smart contracts, on-/off-chain processing) into scalable operational, risk, and control frameworks

  • Drive product and project management execution, including defining target state, roadmap, requirements, milestones, and value realization, while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance

  • Lead cross-functional execution across Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, ensuring alignment on requirements, integration sequencing, including onboarding, and downstream dependencies

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in product and project management, including roadmap development, business requirements, governance, and value tracking

  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and tokenization, including crypto market structure and emerging industry trends

  • Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs

  • Familiarity with market infrastructure and securities processing, including DTCC, Broadridge, and end-to-end securities lifecycle

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making in highly matrixed organizations

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and non-technical audiences

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
