Job Summary 

As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (19011), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Design and deliver high-impact dashboards and KPI frameworks to support decision-making across product, operations, and business teams


• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data models to transform raw data into actionable insights


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytics requirements and drive data-driven strategies


• Lead BI best practices, mentor analysts, and contribute to the scalability and standardization of the analytics function
