Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Lead Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership support to caregivers, help with training, and ensure quality care for clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Introduce caregivers to new clients


• Shadow and train new and current staff


• Maintain consistent communication with the office and supervisor


• Follow company policies and procedures


• Assist with last-minute shift coverage when needed


• Support employee retention by helping staff develop skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• High-quality customer service skills


• Availability for on-call rotation (Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday)
