You will be responsible for filling in shifts and training process.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking document completion for employees
• Scheduling training
• Assisting with training at the office and in clients' homes
• Introducing new caregivers to clients
• Filling in as a caregiver if needed
• Answering phone calls
• Assisting with other in office projects as requested when time allows for it
• Cover shifts every other weekend

What you need to be successful:

• A strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and listen to feedback
• Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life
• Dependability!!
• Physical ability to complete the job (rolling someone over in bed, assisting with balance as standing, etc.)

Requirements:

• 2 years caregiving experience preferred, ok with just 1 year
• At least 18 years old
• Have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Able to work independently
• Reliable attendance record
• May be required to enroll in CNA school
