Are you an experienced caregiver who enjoys helping others succeed? Home Instead is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lead Caregiver to train, mentor, and support our team of Care Professionals while ensuring exceptional care for the seniors we serve.

What You'll Do

• Train and mentor caregivers: Work alongside new Care Pros during their first shifts, providing hands-on training and encouragement.


• Build relationships: Introduce caregivers to new clients and families to ensure a positive start.


• Support your team: Serve as a resource for caregivers, answering questions and helping them succeed.


• Provide exceptional care: Fill in for caregiver shifts when needed.


• Ensure quality: Conduct client quality assurance visits and follow up with caregivers and families.


• Maintain records: Update client assessments and caregiver skills in our care management software.

What We're Looking For

• Experience providing professional, compassionate care to seniors. CNA preferred but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive, dependable, "can-do" attitude


• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed


• Good organizational and problem-solving skills


• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software


• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed
