This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - construction skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Run job on site.
- Perform work required HANDS-ON, alone or with other team members on site.
- Provide excellent communication with customers on job site.
- Assist in planning and manage job materials, tasks and schedule to ensure daily operations run on schedule, on budget.
- Lead and coach other team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, and company vehicles.
- Assist Operation Manager, office staff and other team members as needed.
- Assist in estimating and other business tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 to 10+ years minimum experience in residential building, maintenance & remodeling.
- Well-rounded skillsets
- Proven, advanced skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing and electrical. (Siding, roofing, deck, and other skills are a plus)
- Detail oriented and a good problem solver
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
- Able to follow company process and procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, and move 50 lbs independently for extended periods of time
- Valid Drivers License and criminal background check is required
