Carpet & Home Restoration Technician: Warrenton/Culpeper, VA
Seeking hard-working individuals with prior carpet cleaning and/or home restoration experience. We are a fast growing quickly and are looking for a lead carpet technician capable of managing their own crew and upholding high company standards for customer service and delivery. Basic skills and tasks required for the position include the following:
- Effectively performing all carpet/floor cleaning and restoration services the company offers.
- Communicating professionally with all customers and co-workers at all time and operating in line with company core values of excellence, integrity, professionalism, teamwork and committed service to both the customer and community.
- Performing basic equipment and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Working closely with an operations manager to perform requisite on the job training.
- Demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness and monitoring his/her own work to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
- Strong fit with company culture which includes exemplary customer service; commitment to personal and professional growth and connection to the community.
Compensation Summary:
- Salary: $23/hr with profit sharing bonus
- Benefits:
- Full benefits available upon successful completion of 3-month trial period
- Bonus eligibility based on company profitability and individual performance
- Training stipend available to include industry certification, personal development and educational stipends

- Experience:
- Prior restoration and carpet cleaning experience (3+ years)
- License/Certification:
- CCT Certification(Preferred)
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
