Accountabilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing environment.
- Full P&L responsibility with a proven track record of driving revenue and growth.
- Experience in innovation and product development within eCommerce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Ability to foster a high-performance culture and lead teams effectively.
- Experience with financial management and operational optimization.
