What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging & Educating: Lead fun, hands-on activities that spark creativity and learning.
• Safety First: Keep our little ones safe, happy, and thriving.
• Building Connections: Create a welcoming, inclusive space where every child feels valued.
• Team Player: Work closely with fellow teachers and parents to ensure the best care possible.
• Master Multitasker: Accept group hugs, manage snack time chaos, and keep up with energetic toddlers—all at once!

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Previous childcare experience preferred (but if you have a natural talent for working with kids, we’ll teach you the rest!)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to embrace our core values: Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity & Fun!
• Ability to meet state childcare licensing requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely lift infants in and out of cribs
