Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy while also supporting and mentoring RBTs within the clinic. The Lead RBT will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure treatment integrity, provide training to new team members, and assist in maintaining clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Support and mentor RBTs by modeling best practices, providing feedback, and assisting with troubleshooting clinical challenges.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new RBTs and assist with competency checks.
• Assist BCBAs in collecting and reviewing data to ensure treatment fidelity and client progress.
• Monitor session quality and adherence to behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine intervention strategies and suggest improvements.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and clinic organization as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position (35+ hours per week).
• Monday-Friday
• 8 am - 5 pm
• Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Required: Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as an RBT in an ABA setting.
• Preferred 1+ year of experience as a Lead RBT.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Experience mentoring or training RBTs preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients with varying behavioral needs.
• Must pass a background check and meet all local/state regulatory requirements.

• While performing the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, stand, move and walk at a brisk pace, sit, and use hands and arms to handle, feel and reach.
• The position requires the ability to accompany clients anywhere in their homes or in their communities.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Additionally, the employee must be physically able to implement all Mandt procedures.
• The employee must be physically able to react and intervene quickly during crisis situations, such as but not limited to the following circumstances: client elopement, aggression, or verbal outbursts.
