The Lead Clinical Supervisor (LCS) plays a key role in fostering an environment where staff feel supported, families feel heard, and clients receive individualized, person-centered care.
The LCS provides clinical leadership at the local level, overseeing the quality and consistency of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while mentoring and developing clinical staff. This position works closely with the Business Manager, Program Supervisors (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and the leadership team to ensure services are delivered in accordance with Pathways' values, policies, evidence-based practices, and the unique needs of each client and family.

Competencies
Supervisory Responsibility
The Lead Clinical Supervisor serves as a coach, mentor, and clinical leader within the clinic. This position collaborates with multiple departments to support operational and clinical excellence while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
The LCS provides direct clinical supervision to Program Supervisors, Lead Behavior Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians and offers indirect clinical oversight to other ABA team members.

While performing the duties of this role, employees regularly communicate with clients, families, and team members. This position requires close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may need to bend, reach, move quickly, and remain seated for extended periods. Team members are encouraged to maintain healthy movement throughout the workday to support their overall well-being.
Position Expected Hours of Work/Environment
Pathways values work-life balance and recognizes that supporting our employees is essential to supporting our clients. This is a full-time, onsite position. Typical operating hours are Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, during which clinical and employee support needs may arise.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or visits to Pathways divisions and locations as needed.
