ACIS, Inc. is currently hiring for a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer. We are a growing commercial mechanical services provider in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry with a strong client base in Texas. You will help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, data centers, and critical cooling facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of 3 or more HVAC installers in commercial projects.
• Manage time effectively on job sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately to facilitate installation processes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors.
• Install Ductwork, VRF systems, and Roof Top units with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as required by project schedules.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with ductwork, VRF systems, and Roof Top units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
