Job Title: Lead Commercial HVAC Technician AND Commercial HVAC Service Tech (2 openings)
Pay Rate: up to $45/hr

Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
  
• Diagnose and fix HVAC Equipment, able to reac, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  
• Lead, train and manage other techs servicing and repairing heating and air equipment
  
• Troubleshooting, servicing & fixing VAV, VRF, 30 ton RTU's low voltage controls,
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance, system replacements, and necessary modifications.
  
• Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites.
  
• Stay up -to -date with manufacturer standards for installation, operation, and repairs.
  
• Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
  
• Work overtime or weekends as needed
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
  
• Experience with 30 Ton RTU troubleshooting and changeouts
  
• Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30 certification - preferred
  
• Able to travel 24 -50% of the time including some over night.
  
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
