What You’ll Do

Oversee the comprehensive project scopes developed by Construction Managers, ensuringinnovation in plans to reduce budgets and shorten schedules, and addressing anytechnical challenges promptly
Interfacewith various teams including procurement, engineering, construction, contracts,customers and commissioning
Fostereffective communication channels and collaboration within and between teams iscrucial for successful project outcomes
Oversee the creation of templates and standards for future projects, ensuringhigh-quality standards for engineering drawings, and validating contractorinstallations
Activelypromote a culture of quality management and continuous improvement within theconstruction management team
What You’ll Bring

Possessa strong background in construction management, with a proven track record ofsuccessfully leading teams through industrial and commercial projects
Technicalfield background or equivalent experience is required
Minimumof 7-10 years of experience in construction management leadership
Proficiencyin project management methodologies and effective communication skills
