We are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Manager (CM) to support a major dam improvement initiative on a high-visibility hydropower project. This role will lead construction efforts on critical infrastructure upgrades, playing a key part in enhancing regional energy and water systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide consistent updates to project leadership and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects ($100M+ preferred)
  • Strong understanding of dam structures, spillways, gates, and hydraulic systems
  • Familiarity with FERC-regulated projects is highly preferred
  • Proven leadership managing cross-functional construction teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Why This Role Stands Out:
  • 5-year flagship infrastructure project with long-term stability
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact hydropower upgrade
  • Work alongside an experienced project team on critical energy infrastructure
  • Make a lasting impact on regional power and water systems

If you're ready to lead in a complex, high-impact construction environment, this is a great opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a major infrastructure project.
